Common questions
What does the Whole ZIP limit include?
All exported JPEGs, the optional PDF, the CSV index and the ZIP headers and directory. The app checks the actual completed archive size.
Why do images look softer after export?
To meet a small byte limit, BatchParcel can reduce JPEG quality and pixel dimensions. Increase the limit or split the parcel if fine details matter.
Why did a small ZIP limit fail?
Some limits cannot fit the minimum usable images plus document and archive overhead. Increase the MB limit or turn off the PDF and try again.
Are the caption and watermark editable after export?
They remain editable in your saved project. In a delivered JPEG they are flattened into pixels. Change the saved parcel and export again to update them.
Are my original photos changed?
No. They are imported as copies. JPEG and PDF exports are separate files without source location metadata.
Does it work offline?
Processing and exports work locally after import. Cloud-only Photos or Files, support email and online sharing destinations may need internet.
How is it purchased?
A paid App Store download includes all tools. There is no subscription or in-app purchase.
Can an export restore the editable project?
No. Keep original media and final files outside the app before uninstalling or changing devices.
What systems are supported?
iPhone and iPad with iOS or iPadOS 17.0 or later. The first release is not offered on Mac or Apple Vision Pro.
