Common questions
How do I begin?
Import a video with Photos or Files, select its local copy, set MB maximum and choose output settings. Tap Quality preview, then Create parcel.
Can a file always fit?
No. Very small limits can leave too few bits for the duration and audio. The app reports an error when it cannot meet a usable limit.
Can processing continue in the background?
Keep the app open. Interrupted jobs remain in the queue and can be retried.
Is HDR preserved?
No. Exported copies are SDR. Enable HDR conversion for HDR sources and inspect the preview.
Does it work offline?
Processing and exports work locally after import. Cloud-only Photos or Files, support email and online sharing destinations may need internet.
How is it purchased?
A paid App Store download includes all tools. There is no subscription or in-app purchase.
Can an export restore the editable project?
No. Keep original media and final files outside the app before uninstalling or changing devices.
What systems are supported?
iPhone and iPad with iOS or iPadOS 17.0 or later. The first release is not offered on Mac or Apple Vision Pro.
