Common questions

How do I start?

Tap Create a layout, then add photos using the system photo picker. Select a photo to set its size, crop, rotation and position. Try an illustrated sample creates a separate editable layout with original sample drawings.

Why did a print come out at the wrong size?

Check that your print application or printer uses Actual Size or 100%, rather than Fit to page. Printer margins and drivers can change the result. Use the calibration page, measure both 100 mm reference lines and enter those measurements in the layout settings. Recheck after changing paper or printer settings.

What does automatic arrangement do?

It arranges photos in rows within the chosen margins and gap, adding pages when needed. A photo that cannot fit on the selected paper must be resized first.

How do I export?

Use the export button in the layout editor to create a PDF. Review the preview, then use Share to save to Files or send through a destination you choose. The print button opens Apple’s system print dialog.

Can I restore a layout from its PDF?

No. A PDF is a finished print document, not a backup of the editable layout, crops or original images. There is no complete project-backup export or import in the first version.

Is the app available yet?

We are preparing the first release. This website will link to the official App Store listing when it is available.

Does it work offline?

Creating, editing, local processing and export work offline. The system may need internet to retrieve a cloud-only photo, send email or share through an online destination. No app account is required.

What happens when I delete a project?

Deleting a layout removes its editable record from the project list and local archive. It does not automatically remove imported original images, working image copies or historical PDF exports from the app’s storage. Removing a photo from a layout also does not clean up its stored image files. The first version has no storage-cleanup or complete project-backup import feature.

How do I protect my work before troubleshooting?

Keep important finished exports outside the app. Do not uninstall as a first troubleshooting step: editable records and any local source images may be lost. Device backups may include app data according to your Apple settings. This version does not provide a complete project-backup export or import.

What devices are supported?

iPhone and iPad running iOS or iPadOS 17 or later. The interface is in English.

Who handles App Store refunds?

Apple determines refund eligibility. Visit Apple’s Report a Problem website for purchase or refund questions.
