Clock and breaks
Name a project or client, clock in, start/end breaks and clock out. Active elapsed time follows the device clock, including background time.
Your own time journal
Add or edit completed shifts, break duration and notes. Correct a forgotten clock-out. Invalid future, overlapping or inconsistent entries are rejected.
Weekly and monthly totals
See work time, decimal hours, break totals and totals by project. Choose a Monday or Sunday week start.
Portable summaries
Export selected-period PDF or CSV, all-entry CSV or a complete .shiftslate backup. PDFs offer a notes inclusion switch.
Know what is included.
Personal time records only, not payroll, overtime, wage, invoice, billing, tax or legal calculations. Whole overnight shifts are assigned to their start date in the current device time zone rather than split at midnight. Displayed minutes round down while totals use exact elapsed seconds.
No app account, ads, tracking, subscription or developer-operated record storage. Cloud-only imports, email and online sharing destinations may need internet.
