A project with context
Record a title, site, client, inspector, company and summary. Choose Inspection or Property handover and optionally add a company logo.
Photos with clear observations
Take a photo or choose one with the system picker. Add a title, location, notes, priority and status for each observation. Reorder the observations before exporting.
Point out the detail
Draw colored marks on a photo and undo a mark before saving. Annotations are kept separately from the original image.
A report you can share
Preview an A4 PDF with a cover and observation pages, including continuation pages for long notes. Export a CSV index with observation details and local image-file references.

No login, advertising, subscription or cloud AI credits. Your editable work is saved locally.
SiteNote records the information you enter. It does not certify an inspection or assess safety, defects or compliance automatically. CSV exports reference local photo filenames; they do not include the image files. PDF and CSV exports cannot restore an editable project. The first version has no signatures, team accounts or automatic cloud synchronization.
