Local information
Projects, client and site information, inspector and company details, optional logos, summaries, observations, locations, priorities, statuses, notes, recorded times, photo annotations, imported images and exported PDF and CSV files are stored in the app’s private storage on your device.
No developer-operated data collection
The app has no account system, backend, advertising, tracking or third-party analytics SDK. It makes no requests to a developer-operated server and does not use a remote AI service. We do not receive your projects or media through the app. Apple system services and sharing destinations may use the network when you choose them.
Photos, audio and permissions
The system photo picker supplies only selected photos. Camera permission is requested when you choose Camera; you can manage it in iOS Settings. Camera images are used for your observations and are not automatically saved to your photo library. The app does not request location or microphone access and does not record your location. Imported source photos may already contain metadata such as location and capture time. The app keeps source copies and normalized working images. Annotations do not overwrite the source file.
Exports and sharing
PDF reports may contain client names, addresses, inspector and company details, logos, photos, annotations, notes and timestamps you entered or created. CSV contains observation data and local image filenames; it does not package the photos. These files are not password protected by the app. The app does not intentionally attach source-photo location metadata to PDFs, but visible photos and entered addresses may reveal location or other private information. Sharing happens only when you choose a destination in the system share sheet. That destination handles the copy under its own policies. Review a file and its recipient before sharing. We cannot recall or remove copies you have saved or sent elsewhere.
Retention and deletion
Deleting a project or observation removes its editable record from the local archive. It does not automatically delete its source photos, working images, logo files or historical PDF and CSV exports from app storage. The first version has no storage-cleanup or complete project-backup import feature. Deleting the app removes its local app-container data. Offloading an app may retain that data. Files you saved outside the app, copies shared with others and existing device backups are separate and are not deleted by removing a project or the app.
Device backups
App data in the Documents directory may be included in your iCloud device backup or a computer backup, according to your settings. These are managed by you and Apple; the app does not provide its own cloud synchronization. Finished media and documents are not complete, restorable project backups.
Purchases and platform diagnostics
Apple handles App Store purchases and may process platform diagnostics under its own policies and your device settings. The app does not receive your payment-card details. There are no subscriptions or in-app purchases in this version.
Support email
If you email support, we receive your address and the information you choose to send. We use it to respond, not to track you or advertise to you. Gmail handles the correspondence under Google’s privacy practices. Avoid attaching private records unless needed. We retain correspondence as needed to resolve the request and meet applicable obligations; contact support to request deletion.
This website
This website has no accounts, advertising, analytics scripts or upload forms. Cloudflare may process IP addresses and technical request information to deliver and protect it. Email links open your chosen email app; they do not send your local app records automatically.
Changes to this policy
We update the date on this page when practices change and update app information and App Store privacy details as appropriate.
