Common questions
How do I start?
Tap New project. Add project details, then choose a photo or take one with Camera to create an observation. Enter a clear title, location and note, and save the observation. Try a sample report creates a separate project with illustrated sample images.
How do I mark a photo?
Open an observation, choose Annotate photo, draw a mark and select Save annotations. Undo removes the most recent unsaved mark. The source photo is kept separately.
How do I prepare the report?
Review the project details, choose Inspection or Property handover, and reorder observations if needed. Use Export to create a PDF preview or CSV. Check the finished document before sharing it.
Why are photos missing from my CSV?
The CSV is an observation index, not a photo archive. It includes local filenames as references, without attaching image files. Use PDF for a report with visible photos and annotations.
How do I enable the camera?
On your device, open iOS Settings, find SiteNote and enable Camera if the option is shown. Device-management and parental restrictions may also affect access. The iOS Simulator has no physical camera; use the photo picker there.
Can I restore a project from a PDF or CSV?
No. These are finished reference exports, not complete backups of the editable project and its images. The first version has no complete project-backup export or import.
Is the app available yet?
We are preparing the first release. This website will link to the official App Store listing when it is available.
Does it work offline?
Creating, editing, local processing and export work offline. The system may need internet to retrieve a cloud-only photo, send email or share through an online destination. No app account is required.
What happens when I delete a project?
Deleting a project or observation removes its editable record from the local archive. It does not automatically delete its source photos, working images, logo files or historical PDF and CSV exports from app storage. The first version has no storage-cleanup or complete project-backup import feature.
How do I protect my work before troubleshooting?
Keep important finished exports outside the app. Do not uninstall as a first troubleshooting step: editable records and any local source images may be lost. Device backups may include app data according to your Apple settings. This version does not provide a complete project-backup export or import.
What devices are supported?
iPhone and iPad running iOS or iPadOS 17 or later. The interface is in English.
Who handles App Store refunds?
Apple determines refund eligibility. Visit Appleās Report a Problem website for purchase or refund questions.
How do I ask a privacy question?
Email tw92936969@gmail.com, or read the privacy policy. We cannot access your local records.
